Do you charge call out fees?

No call out fees or hourly rates are charged as we find each job, we feel that this more cost effective for the customer. All prices are agreed before works start. 

What guarantees do you offer?

All works have a 6 months guarantee labour and parts no question asked.

Do you install i.e. full kitchens or bathrooms?

We only offer plumbing and drainage works. We do NOT carry out carpentry, tiling or decorating. 

Do you carry out drainage services?

Yes all drainage works undertaken with a drain snake for internal lines or jetting system for outside manholes.

Are you available for evening or weekends?

Yes we can work evenings to fit around our customers circumstances or weekends if necessary.

Are your plumbers CRB checked 

Yes all our individual plumbers have obtained a full CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check.
